Welcome to CraftixStudio! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CraftixStudio, you agree to abide by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.

2. Services

CraftixStudio offers video editing, social media management, and content creation services for businesses and individual clients. The scope of services is outlined in the relevant package chosen by the client.

  • Video Editing: Editing of videos including reels, long-form videos, and promotional content.
  • Social Media Management: Includes content creation, scheduling, posting, and account management for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Additional Services: Any additional services like extra video editing or social media posts outside the package will be subject to additional charges.

3. Payment and Billing

  • All payments for services are due as per the selected package (Starter, Advanced, Premium) and any additional services agreed upon.
  • Payments must be made monthly or annually depending on the subscription plan chosen.
  • CraftixStudio reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, but will provide prior notice to clients regarding any changes in pricing.
  • All payments should be made in INR (Indian Rupees).

Late Payment:
If payment is not received on time, CraftixStudio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received.

4. Account and Subscription

  • Account Setup: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when setting up your account with CraftixStudio.
  • Account Management: By subscribing to CraftixStudio’s services, you authorize us to manage your social media accounts, including posting content and performing actions within the boundaries of the service agreement.
  • Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless canceled by the client before the end of the subscription period.

5. Client Obligations

  • Content Provided by Client: You are responsible for providing the necessary content for editing, including video footage, images, logos, etc. If the content provided is not as per our standards or is legally questionable, we may request revisions or deny the work.
  • Approval and Feedback: You must provide feedback or approval on delivered work within a specified period (as per the package). Delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.
  • Legal Compliance: You must ensure that any content you submit for editing complies with all applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • CraftixStudio retains the rights to any content created by us until full payment has been made for the services.
  • After payment is made, the client retains ownership of their provided content but grants CraftixStudio the right to use the final edited content for promotional purposes, including on our website or social media platforms, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CraftixStudio will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use the services.
  • In the event of errors or issues related to the final content delivered, we will work to resolve them based on the feedback provided by the client. However, we are not liable for any loss of revenue, business, or reputation resulting from such issues.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • CraftixStudio values the privacy of its clients and will only collect and use personal information necessary for providing our services.
  • We will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your express permission.

9. Termination of Services

  • CraftixStudio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if a client violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing notice in writing. If the client terminates the agreement before the end of the subscription period, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

10. Changes to Terms and Services

  • CraftixStudio reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client, and the revised Terms will be posted on our website.
  • Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or disagreements arising from these Terms or the services provided by CraftixStudio shall be resolved through negotiation. If resolution is not achieved through negotiation, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
